The Great Mosque of Cordoba is, in my opinion, perhaps the hardest building to comprehend fully from our whole itinerary since it contains such a complex assortment of structural additions from so many moments in time. What thoughts or questions stick in your mind after our visit? Also, turning to the contemporary situation, what do you make of the issue of allowing (or not) Muslim worship in the cathedral?
